The operational hours of the centre is from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Curriculum programme commences from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Admission age

Admission for any academic year is governed by the age stipulated by the Compulsory Education Act, 2003.  Age is calculated based on 1 January of the year admission. 

Below are the different levels of admission for the various age groups:

Payable Fees

  • A registration fee of $109 (inclusive of GST) is payable upon registration regardless of whether the child is on the waitlist or confirmed placement. 
  • The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposit

For Singaporeans, a $800 nett deposit (full day or half day programme) is required to secure a child’s placement in the centre. It is payable when the child has been offered a confirmed placement. Payment is to be made within 3 working days of the placement offer. The deposit is non-transferable.

For PR and foreigners, a deposit of 1-month fee+GST is required to secure the placement in the centre.

*Fees listed are before basic and additional subsidies. 

  • School fee includes tuition, education publications, supplementary material and project work.   It does not cover activity fees – camps, excursions, field trips and special events (eg annual concert). 
  • For new students, the first month payment of school fee is to be made on the commencement month. 
  • School fee will be pro-rated for students who enrol in the childcare centre should commencement not be on the 1st of the month. 

Payment by Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) – CDA Baby Bonus/GIRO

  • Child Development Account (CDA) is available to Singapore Citizens only. 
  • School fees can be paid via a DDA account – either through a CDA or a local bank account (GIRO).
  • For new enrollment, parents will need to apply for the DDA at least 3 months before the enrollment date, as bank approvals can take up to 2 months to process.  The DDA application form can be found at Marymount Preschool.

Are there any late payment penalties?

Yes, a late fee will be applied if payments are not made by the due date.

Basic and Additional Subsidies

Basic Subsidy 

Basic Subsidy amounts stated below are for full day programmes only.  Amount will differ for other programme types.  For the latest details on subsidies and its terms & conditions, we encourage parents to visit ECDA’s official page on subsidies and financial assistance.

You qualify for Basic Subsidy, if:

  • Your child is a Singapore Citizen.
  • Your child is enrolled in an ECDA-licensed infant care/ child care centre in Singapore.

For working mothers:
If your child is enrolled in the full day programme, $300 basic subsidy is applicable.

For working or non-working mothers:
If your child is enrolled in the half day programme, $150 basic subsidy is applicable.

Additional Subsidy

You will qualify for Additional Subsidy, if:

  • You are a mother working at least 56 hours a month
  • Your child is a Singapore Citizen
  • Your child is enrolled in an ECDA-licensed infant care/ childcare centre in Singapore
  • The total gross monthly income (including bonuses, commissions, overtime pay, allowances and before CPF deduction) earned by you and your spouse is $12,000 and below.
